Who we are

Sevy Lawn and Landscape is proudly owned and operated by Payton Sevy and his wife, Chandlin Sevy. They are deeply committed to the company, its employees, and the customers they serve.

The company began in South Ogden, Utah, when 13-year-old Payton Sevy started mowing lawns for neighbors. Over the next five years, the operation grew to serve dozens of properties. After a two-year hiatus, Payton returned with a renewed vision, laying the foundation for the company as it exists today.

Today, Sevy Lawn and Landscape employs 25 full-time team members and up to 45–50 seasonal employees. Our skilled crews include maintenance, enhancements, design and construction, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, weed management, and snow removal teams—allowing us to provide comprehensive, year-round property care.

Through years of experience, we have developed proven systems for creating and maintaining exceptional landscapes. Our properties are supported by a dedicated leadership team, professional customer support, and clear, open communication to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
