At Sevy, a regular maintenance service plan includes irrigation maintenance, turf maintenance, aeration, weed, grub, fertilization services, bush and tree pruning, weeding, property enhancements, leaf clean-ups, and spring clean-ups.
Combined with professional service is professional and systemic communication. Our management team regularly visits sites in person and takes notes of areas of improvement and possible property enhancement. These notes are then passed on to the property contact team on a regular basis creating a system of open communication.
